Cristin Earley
Coach
Cristin’s photo (that’s not her) coming soon!
My college coach introduced me when he had us doing CrossFit in the offseason one year. Once I graduated, I knew I would go back to it because it combines all the things I love about being active: getting stronger, building endurance, and a little bit of competition. :)
I started coaching because I love to be able to help others advance their skills and be a part of them finding joy in fitness. At HSP, both the athletes and coaches want to see me succeed, so walking into this environment, I knew on day 1 that it would be the place for me. I knew I would be able to help others grow just as much as the place would help me grow.
I have been a competitive swimmer my whole life, just finishing up my career as a D1 athlete at the University of Delaware. There, I got my degree in Kinesiology with a minor in disability studies, so I have loved being able to study movement and applying it to fitness and activity. I am currently a Master's student getting my degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics and plan to graduate March of 2027. I am originally from Connecticut so I think it is cool to meet all the Connecticut/northern people who have moved down here!
