Caleb Freeman

Coach

I’m a firefighter for the Holly Springs Fire Department and also live in Holly Springs with my beautiful wife, Abby, and our daughter, Emori. I first started CrossFit in 2012 after watching the 2011 CrossFit Games on ESPN and becoming fascinated by what the athletes were capable of doing at the Games. From there, I began implementing CrossFit workouts into my training and the rest is history.

Aside from the training aspect, coaching and helping others progress was something I became extremely passionate about. This led to getting the CrossFit Level 1 certification and, a few years down the road, the Level 2 certification. Whether it’s someone totally new to health and fitness or a seasoned competitor, seeing the proverbial lightbulb go off in someone’s head and being able to play a small role in that is extremely rewarding. Knowing someone’s life could literally be changed through coaching and caring brings a deep sense of purpose to what we do each time we take the floor to coach.
